Fazal Traders: Online Business Management System
The whole shop — stock, quotations and invoices — in one system and one installable app.
The challenge
A building-materials and hardware shop sells across many different product categories, and each one needs its own view. The owner wanted quotations, invoices and the whole business in one place, reachable from a phone.
What we built
An online business system the owner and staff use from any device, plus a mobile app installed straight from the browser (PWA).
- A main dashboard for the whole business
- Separate dashboards for each product category
- Quotations that convert into invoices in one step
- Printable invoices in both A4 and A5 sizes
- Share quotations and invoices with customers on WhatsApp
- Installable mobile app (PWA) for the owner and staff
