Who we are

Nextiforce ("we", "us") operates this website. For any privacy question, write to hello@nextiforce.com.

What we collect

Enquiries. When you send a project brief we collect your name, e-mail, and anything you choose to add (company, phone, budget, timeline, message).
Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your e-mail address and where you subscribed.
Security data. To prevent abuse we store a one-way keyed hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent with each enquiry. We cannot recover your IP address from the hash.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only cookie this site sets is a strictly necessary session cookie for our staff dashboard.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal (our legitimate interest, or steps at your request before a contract).
To send insights you asked for (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
To keep the site secure.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 24 months. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Only processors that help us run the service — hosting, e-mail delivery — under contracts that protect your data. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by e-mailing hello@nextiforce.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
